Our Business Journey
In 2018 we created the Future Leadership vision to help Boards and Executives get future-ready. Our commitment was to aggregate experienced or established, niche HR solutions businesses to be stronger and more impactful together. Fisher Leadership was our cornerstone business, over five years we have brought together seven businesses via acquisition, start-up investment, technology and governance to build our solution suite. Each of our founders remains an active leader working in or on the business.
2002
Fisher Leadership, our cornerstone business was founded by Jo Fisher to bring better diversity to leadership tables.
2008
NGS GLOBAL Australasia was created by Mark Lelliott and Dr Marianne Broadbent to help organisations access top talent, globally.
2016
CLA, the Centre for Leadership Advantage was founded by Dr Marcele De Sanctis and Terry Coyne, taking an intuitive approach to psychometric assessment for top-performing Australian companies.
2018
The Future Leadership strategy was formed by Michelle Loader and the board to support leaders in an accelerating leadership lifecycle.
2019
Gig Executive took shape as a startup spun out from the search business, shaped by many leaders including Adam Kyriacou.
2020
Career Accelerator, a digital transition platform built by June Parker, was integrated into our product suite.
2020
A number of acquired businesses and products were brought to together to cement our advisory offering including CLA, Career Accelerator, and CogNative.
2022
Future Leadership adopted as the parent brand, catalysing the Future Exchange Community App, FLI the digital Future Leadership Imprint; and FLCF, the Future Leadership Capability Framework.
2023
Accelerated Talent, NGS Global Oceania, and Arbiter Technologies joined the team.
2024
The seven specialised businesses became one brand, Future Leadership. Allowing clients to identify exceptional leaders, develop high-performing teams, and transform organisations, all in one place.
How we work
Future Leadership has brought together the combined experience and capabilities seven niche people solutions firms. Over the past five year, we have aggregated the strengths and reach of NGS Global Pty Ltd, the Centre for Leadership Advantage, Fisher Leadership, Accelerated Talent, Career Accelerator, and the Gig Executive interim practice. In addition, Arbiter Leadership Technologies are being integrated into Future Leadership’s suite of capability assessment programs. We know we are stronger together.
What we do best
We have been sourcing diverse leaders for over two decades, placing more than 50% senior women at executive tables, and achieving a track record of appointing more than 3% First Nations and Indigenous leaders to impactful positions across industries. We recognise that diversity in decision-making holds true business value, when the value of intersectional diversity is treated as serious business.

Our ability to tap into the fractional workforce known as Interim Executives helps organisations change ahead of change. We are living through a fundamental transformation in the way we live, work and think. Leaders are dealing with skills ambiguity, economic uncertainty, and mounting pressure to act on social, environmental and governance issues. Having a dynamic talent strategy helps organisations deal with the shortening of leadership tenures and the rapid change in the operating environment.
