The Process

- Customising assessment tools: Distilling an extensive library of psychometric assessment tools into simple, effective options that accounted for existing tools in the client’s organisational ecosystem, as well as the implications of multiculturalism, special needs, inclusion, and diversity in assessment.

- Multi-purpose assessments: Using the assessments to inform interview and reference-check questions, as well as facilitating onboarding and team-building workshops.
