Delivering a leadership development program to enhance leadership capabilities to support the College through change.

The Brief

A leading education establishment on the Sunshine Coast sought to ready its leaders for the inevitable change the College is navigating as it continues to grow. A number of leadership skills were identified as critical to develop, hence the Curiosity Collective program was born.

The client wanted to partner with an organisation who could bring external thought leadership to the school, but also understand the pressures educational leaders face as they progress their careers outside of the classroom.
