The Brief

Future Leadership™ was engaged by a national for-purpose housing provider to appoint a Board Director with the capability to Chair the Audit, Risk and Finance Committee. The organisation operates with a complex balance sheet, and sought a candidate with CA or CPA qualifications and deep governance experience.
The search was part of a broader succession planning initiative to ensure the Board’s composition reflected the scale and strategic complexity of the organisation. The client required a values-aligned process that would attract candidates with proven experience in health, human services, and membership-based organisations.
