Conducting an Executive Search for Directors to Strengthen Consumer Empowerment and Drive Strategic Industry Collaboration in an Alternative Dispute Organisation
The Brief
Future Leadership™ partnered with a national alternative dispute organisation responsible for resolving industry-related complaints and advocating for fair consumer outcomes. The two companies had a long history with Future Leadership supporting multiple appointments across the organisation.
In this instance, the organisation required two Directors to join its Board. These roles were crucial in supporting the organisation’s mission to balance consumer and industry needs, ensuring robust governance and strategic alignment. One position specifically targeted candidates with lived experience to bring unique and diverse perspectives to the Board’s decision-making.

The Process
The executive search process was led by David Baber, Partner and supported by a dedicated administration team ensuring the outcome was achieved within a desirable timeframe.
A full and comprehensive briefing process articulated the specific background to each position along with the nuances of the roles and the desired skills.
