The Brief

Future Leadership™ was engaged by a private health provider undergoing significant development in its digital, data, and technology capabilities.
Working closely with the Group Chief Digital and Data Officer, the organisation created a new role of General Manager, Clinical Informatics to ensure clinical quality and patient safety remained central to its Transformation Program.
The organisation sought a senior clinical leader, preferably a currently registered medical practitioner, with deep expertise in healthcare technologies and experience across large-scale, complex healthcare networks. Candidates needed to demonstrate strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to represent clinical teams across systems.
