Requiring an Interim Chief Executive Officer while the permanent Search process was underway.

The Brief
A not for profit peak body that supports Victoria’s publicly funded healthcare providers in system reform, policy, and advocacy on key issues required an interim Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The association offers education and resources, representation, public policy, public affairs, advocacy, and events.
Future Leadership was engaged to assist in the placement of an Interim Executive to step into the role and steady the ship while the permanent Search process was underway, due to the departure of the CEO.
