The Brief

Future Leadership was engaged by a leading independent girls’ school to assist with the urgent appointment of an Interim Head of Senior School while the search for a permanent candidate was underway.

Following the departure of the permanent Head of Senior School, the school identified an immediate need to bring in an experienced senior school executive who could work closely with the Principal and lead the day-to-day management of staff, while maximising learning opportunities, personal development, and welfare of senior students.

The appointed Interim Executive brought over 35 years of experience as a senior school educator in both Australia and overseas, including previous roles as a Principal at an independent school. Their deep passion for staff development and student learning enabled them to step into the role seamlessly.
