The Brief

Following the resignation of the Head of People & Culture at short notice, a local government organisation engaged Future Leadership’s Executive Search team to find a permanent replacement.

Simultaneously, the Interim Executive team was tasked with securing an Interim People & Culture lead (Head of P&C) to guide the P&C team and work closely with the Executive team for six months while the permanent search was underway.
