The Process
Future Leadership undertook a comprehensive briefing with the Principal and Business Manager of the school. In addition to this, the Future Leadership team represented by Alice Silver and Ann-Maree Chadwick conducted a national search utilising our broad candidate and referral partner networks.
The Future Leadership team sought to identify a candidate with the ability to focus on specific and relevant experience gained in the education sector or other sectors such as not for profit and candidates who have transferrable experience from other sectors.
The Outcome
The appointee will begin in the role in January 2025. They previously worked as a HR Manager at an engineering consultancy in Melbourne. The successful candidate has a remarkable ability to interact with diverse groups of people, maintaining respect and warmth in all interactions.
