The program also helped embed a shared language around leadership expectations and performance, contributing to a stronger leadership culture across the organisation.
Participating in the Hogan 360 process helped me reflect on how I lead and how I’m perceived across the business. The feedback was honest and constructive, and the debrief gave me clarity on where I can add more value. It’s not just about doing the work—it’s about influencing, coaching and leading with purpose.
