The Brief

Future Leadership™ partnered with a leading health insurance provider to embed the principles of Enterprise Leadership across its teams.

Following the successful alignment of the Managing Director and Health Insurance Leadership Team, Future Leadership™ was tasked with cascading Enterprise Leadership principles to the next layers of leadership and employees. The aim was to foster alignment, build leadership agility, and develop skills in solidarity mindset, radical candour, network leadership, and decision-making.

The Process

The program included a multi-faceted approach:

  • Baseline Learning Module: A 90-minute session introducing the principles of Enterprise Leadership, delivered either virtually or in person.
  • Focused Skill Development: Teams selected two out of four modules to develop specific Enterprise Leadership capabilities tailored to their needs.
  • Interactive Keynote: Delivered at the Senior Leaders Forum, engaging 160 leaders with actionable insights on Enterprise Leadership and its relevance to daily operations.

This flexible and opt-in approach allowed directors to enrol their teams, ensuring targeted and impactful development aligned with organisational goals.

Participants reported a clear understanding of Enterprise Leadership and its practical applications in their work. The program continues to be rolled out across the organisation, fostering a unified and strategically aligned culture.
