Future Leadership is delighted to announce the appointment of Mr. Robert Setina as the new Chief Information Officer (CIO) at Methodist Ladies’ College (MLC). Robert officially joined the College in February 2025, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to this pivotal role.
As CIO, Robert reports directly to the Principal and is a key member of the College Management Team. In this role, he will be instrumental in shaping and executing the College’s IT strategy, ensuring the delivery of innovative and effective technological solutions. His work will enhance student learning outcomes, support student wellbeing, and drive operational excellence across the College.
Robert is a seasoned and values-driven senior leader with a proven track record of success in IT leadership roles. Before joining MLC, Robert held the position of Chief Information Officer at Energy Power Systems Australia, where he led transformative initiatives and demonstrated his ability to align technology with strategic goals.
His appointment reflects MLC’s commitment to fostering an environment that integrates cutting-edge technology with educational excellence, ensuring students are well-prepared for the future.
