Future Leadership is thrilled to announce that Ms Kathleen Little has been appointed Principal, St Patrick’s College, Townsville effective in 2025. This decision comes after a thorough recruitment process, with the approval of Mercy Partners Australia and the College Board of Governance.
Kath joins the College from Mount Alvernia College in Brisbane, where she serves as Deputy Principal: Teaching and Learning. Her current Principal has praised her remarkable contributions to the school’s academic and strategic direction over the past five years. Known for her dedication to excellence in education, Kath inspires students to reach their highest potential.
With over ten years of experience in middle and senior leadership within Independent schools, Kath is recognised as a collaborative and innovative educator. Her passion for all-girls education aligns perfectly with St Patrick’s College’s mission, and she is well-acquainted with the Mercy Values and traditions that are at the heart of the College’s community.
