
Ms Natalie Hood was appointed to the position of Executive Director Subacute and Allied Health with the Women’s and Children’s Health Network and commenced on Monday 20 January 2025. This is a critical role and a key member of the executive team, providing strategic leadership and enhancement of the delivery of services across the network.
Natalie has held several senior management positions in the public health sector. A highly experienced clinician, Natalie has managed and directed a broad range of allied health and multidisciplinary services.
Having already held this position as Acting Executive Director Subacute and Allied Health for several years with WCHN, Natalie has had the responsibility to lead, influence, advocate and make real, effective change. Natalie’s vision for Sub Acute and Allied Health Services across WCHN is building positive working relationships, leading with transparency, trust and collaboration, creating a vibrant and innovative culture of “the way we do things in Sub Acute and Allied Health”.
