Future Leadership is delighted to announce the appointment of Ross Corstorphin as Director of Business and Finance at Penleigh and Essendon Grammar School.

Ross brings extensive experience in business management, organisational development, financial control, risk management, capital works, IT, and Human Resources. His leadership is defined by collaboration, empathy, and a commitment to building high-performing teams. Ross’s professional values—Respect, Excellence, Accountability, Curiosity, and Heart—align closely with those of Penleigh and Essendon Grammar, and he has consistently demonstrated these principles throughout his career.

Ross has successfully led strategic growth initiatives, notably at St Kevin’s College, where he oversaw significant expansion through sound financial modelling and effective enrolment campaigns. He is passionate about governance and risk management, having developed board policies, Delegations of Authority, and Risk Frameworks, and brings substantial expertise in IT, cyber security, and the implementation of Artificial Intelligence for improved operational efficiency and student outcomes.

Ross is dedicated to child safety and compliance, holding a valid Working With Children Check and actively contributing to the development and implementation of child safety policies.
