With over 15 years of experience in educational leadership, Sabeena brings a deep commitment to fostering a positive school culture, driving academic excellence, and building strong, authentic relationships across the school community.
In her role as Interim Head of Campus at both Elsternwick and St Kilda Road, Sabeena has gained valuable insight into the strategic and operational direction of Wesley College, demonstrating her capability to lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose.
Sabeena is known for her ability to engage stakeholders thoughtfully and meaningfully, ensuring that every member of the community feels heard, respected, and supported. Her collaborative leadership style, strong communication skills, and strategic focus have underpinned measurable improvements in program delivery and student outcomes.
