We are delighted to announce that Robert Konoroth has been appointed as the Director of Business at Ruyton Girls’ School. Robert commences in his new role as the Director of Business in May 2025.
Robert brings a wealth of experience and a strong track record of strategic leadership, governance, and effective communication. In his previous role as Director of Business and Company Secretary, he led multi-functional teams, delivering strategic initiatives that drove organisational growth and operational efficiency. His leadership style is defined by collaboration, innovation, and a steadfast commitment to achieving long-term goals.
Robert also brings deep expertise in corporate governance and compliance, having ensured rigorous adherence to legal and regulatory standards. An exceptional communicator, Robert has engaged with stakeholders across all levels, from board members and business partners to regulatory authorities. His ability to communicate with clarity and purpose has consistently influenced positive change and organisational progress.
