We are pleased to announce that Ms Megan Galbally has been appointed as the Director of People and Culture at Wesley College. Megan will officially join the College in January 2025 as a member of the College Executive team. In her new role, she will be responsible for the development, coordination, and administration of people and culture-related strategies, programs, activities, policies and procedures that support Wesley College’s vision and values.
Megan brings with her over 20 years of extensive experience in Human Resources, having most recently held the position of Executive General Manager, People, Culture and Safety at BlueCross Aged Care. Her breadth of knowledge and expertise spans across a variety of industries positioning her to make a valuable contribution to Wesley College.
