The Position
Future Leadership seeks to appoint a strong people focused project or business services administrator to provide project documentation, daily coordination and client liaison activity in support of executive leadership solutions.
Our Advisory team partners with organisations where Capability, L&D, OD, and Talent functions will benefit from our independent, evidence-based approach. Our Executive Interim and Search team place great leaders for greater impact across executive teams and boards. At the heart of everything we do is people. Your contribution may be:
- Assisting with proposal submission, kick-off meetings, project planning, scheduling, logistics, material preparation for workshops, evaluation surveys and project reporting,
- diary management,
- internal and external client communications,
- report writing, and data entry
No day is the same. To be successful you will be well organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to support multiple and concurrent projects, remain calm under pressure. You will be highly articulate and confident in dealing with senior stakeholders. In addition, you will be tech savvy, confident using systems, applications and have strong MS Office skills.
You may either have an established career with proven project, organisation development, or HR administration skills, or maybe you are starting out with qualifications in HR or Psychology. Either way, your interest in supporting executive search, professional leadership development and coaching programs, organisational transformation, and learning initiatives is highly valued by us.
A demonstrated focus on high quality service delivery is essential, combined with the ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
