The Role:
Independent Schools Victoria seeks to appoint a talented and strategic Campaign Manager to lead the development and delivery of advocacy campaigns that amplify the voice of Independent schools in public and policy forums.
Reporting to the Head of Corporate Affairs, the Campaign Manager will design and implement high-impact, cross-platform campaigns that engage governments, media, member schools, and the broader community.
The Campaign Manager will work with Independent schools across Victoria and tell their stories in powerful, compelling ways. They will work closely with internal teams, build relationships with key external stakeholders, and create compelling narratives that highlight the importance of choice and diversity in education.
This role calls for a creative thinker with a strong understanding of campaign strategy, public affairs, and stakeholder engagement. Experience in education, membership organisations, or advocacy is highly regarded.

Independent Schools Victoria is an organisation committed to the promotion, development and independence of Independent schools and innovative thinking on education and issues affecting those schools.
Membership is voluntary and is open to all registered non-government schools in Victoria. Independent Schools Victoria is a member of the Independent Schools Council of Australia.
It is a member service association supporting more than 230 Independent schools state-wide, with over 162,000 students.
