The Position

St Catherine’s School Sydney is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO), a senior executive responsible for implementing and operationalising data governance through systems, architecture, and engineering practices. The role ensures that technology enables outstanding educational outcomes, operational excellence, community engagement, and long-term organisational sustainability.

As a member of the Executive Leadership Team, the CTO provides strategic advice to the Headmistress and Council on digital transformation, cybersecurity risk, AI-related risks and opportunities, emerging technologies, enterprise systems, and technology investment priorities.

Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, the CTO oversees all ICT operations, digital learning technologies, enterprise applications, infrastructure, data, cybersecurity, and technology-enabled service delivery across the school community.
