The Position

Future Leadership is seeking a Consultant, Learning and Development with proven facilitation capability to design and deliver high impact leadership programs, learning modules and digital learning solutions.

This is a varied and consultative role, partnering with clients across multiple industries to co-create leadership experiences that are practical, evidence based and designed for real world complexity.

You will apply a commercial and client-centred mindset to support the growth and impact of our Advisory service line. And align learning and development initiatives to client strategic, culture, capability and business outcomes needs.

You bring experience from professional services, consulting or internal L&D environments and are confident in supporting senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups. Your experience with psychometric and behavioural tools, such as Hogan suite (preferred), combined with a relevant tertiary qualification (HR, Education, Organisational Development, Psychology) will enable you to write reports for candidate recruitment and development.

The Experience

You report to the head of the Leadership Development practice and work day‑to‑day as part of a highly collaborative team. Your work has variety.  It will span Leadership Development, Executive Coaching, Executive Assessment Facilitation services and Team Acceleration, operating at the intersection of leadership, culture and strategy to build capability that makes a meaningful difference for our clients. A defining feature of the role is early exposure to diverse clients and challenges, enabling you to learn quickly, contribute meaningfully, and build capability through hands‑on experience.
