The Position
Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship is seeking a visionary leader as their next Director. This is a unique opportunity to lead a nationally recognised centre dedicated to developing entrepreneurial capability and continuously evolving what education for Australia’s changemakers looks like.
As Director, you’ll be the strategic, commercial, and cultural leader of Wade Institute of Entrepreneurship at Ormond College, setting its direction and driving its growth. You’ll lead a passionate and committed team and work closely with the College’s Executive Leadership to ensure Wade continues to thrive as a centre of excellence in entrepreneurial education. Responsibilities include:
- Shaping and implementing Wade’s strategic vision
- Delivering commercial growth and expansion
- Leading the design and delivery of transformative education experiences
- Building partnerships across the startup, investment, and education ecosystems
- Championing Wade as a national leader in innovation and entrepreneurship
- Driving brand awareness, program recruitment and alumni engagement
- Managing the Institute’s financial sustainability and governance
