The Position

Peninsula Health seeks to appoint an Executive Director People, Culture and Governance to lead a newly realigned division. The Executive Director will provide strategic leadership, guidance and support to the organisation through the development and delivery of progressive people, culture and governance strategies. The role leads and oversees the delivery of organisational and cultural transformation initiatives, ensuring the business adopts a sustainable, high-performance approach, that is focused on achieving measurable outcomes. In addition, the Executive Director will partner with the broader business to build organisational capability in leadership, change management and wellbeing, as well as providing strategic leadership of portfolios that include Legal Services and Enterprise Risk, Compliance and Privacy.
The incumbent will bring extensive experience in the relevant areas of this role, within health services or similarly complex organisations. With proven executive leadership and experience in organisational wide transformation and change management, the successful candidate will have a demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence and engage with senior leadership, executive peers, board and key stakeholders. The ability to advise on corporate strategic issues, and organisational legal compliance, including strategic management, commercial and employment related matters will be critical to success. Tertiary qualifications in human resources and/or law and/or corporate governance will be essential.
