The Position

Beaconhills College is seeking a visionary and dynamic leader for the position of Head of Engagement. This role is central to fostering meaningful connections across our community. driving innovative engagement strategies, and championing initiatives that enhance experiences for students. staff. and families.

Reporting to the Executive Principal. the Head of Engagement provides strategic leadership across the College, ensuring all engagement functions align with the College’s vision and values.

Key responsibilities include leading marketing and communications, managing digital platforms and publications, and implementing innovative practices that strengthen the Beaconhills brand and reputation. The role also oversees admissions. alumni programs, community relations. philanthropy. and fundraising through the Beacon of Hope Foundation.

Additionally. the Head of Engagement coordinates major College events. preserves the College’s history through archive management.

years. Beaconhills has two Early Years to Year 12 campuses, at Pakenham and Berwick.
