About the role

Comlink is seeking a dynamic, executive-minded individual who has an impressive knowledge of legislation, governance, risk, compliance, quality assurance and impact measurement and can combine their business and operations knowledge with a human services approach while balancing operational and strategic ways of working. This role will be a key part of Comlink’s senior leadership team.

 

The successful candidate will

  • Provide leadership excellence through the achievement of performance indicators set out in the organisation’s strategic plan and priorities
  • Develop governance systems to support continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation
  • Embed best practice client services to consistently achieve high-quality care and service delivery that supports strategy, operations, and values
  • Manage complaints received from regulatory bodies including the Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission
  • Ensure the effectiveness of operational risk management systems and practices
  • Oversee the development and monitoring of Comlink’s evaluation and impact measurement frameworks, processes, and systems to ensure program and departmental goals are met
  • Oversee workers’ compensation, including claims reporting, tracking, resolution, and prevention
  • Collaborate across the organisation while championing strengths-based leadership, which is ethical, results driven and future oriented
