The Position
Diabetes Victoria is looking for a dynamic and visionary Head of People and Culture to lead our people team through the next bold chapter of growth and transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO, this is a high-impact role at the heart of our organisation shaping a progressive people strategy, embedding our values, and driving change with purpose and passion. The position will navigate a diverse HR landscape, including Industrial Relations, EBA negotiations, and compliance, while continually leading with passion and strategy in an evolving environment.
The successful candidate will be a proven leader with extensive experience in aligning people practices with business objectives. Designing and implementing HR policies within complex environments is a key requirement.
A proven ability in the strategic leadership of cross-functional teams to drive cultural alignment and elevate employee engagement is essential. Highly skilled in relationship management, the successful candidate will be influential, collaborative, and instill confidence to embed an energised organisational culture. Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or closely aligned fields will be essential.
