The Position

The Faculty and Procurious is seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead and optimise operational effectiveness across both organisations. This is a high-impact role where you will embed streamlined processes, manage people and systems, and work closely with the Founder and leadership team to drive business growth.

Reporting directly to the Founder and based in Melbourne, you will oversee, financial administration, compliance, commercial operations and HR functions, The role will include developing scalable processes, implementing technology solutions, managing supplier relationships, and supporting strategic planning. The successful candidate will also champion company culture and ensure smooth coordination across internal teams.

The Operations Manager will collaborate with key stakeholders across both businesses and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including finance providers, legal advisors, and IT vendors.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in senior stakeholder management, operational leadership, and financial oversight. Strong commercial acumen, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset are essential. Experience working with HubSpot, Monday.com, and other operational platforms is desirable.
