The Position
Camden Surgical Hospital, a short‑stay private hospital in South West Sydney, is seeking a Perioperative Services Manager (POSM) to support the next phase of growth and operational maturity.
Reporting to the Director of Nursing, the POSM is a leadership role responsible for theatre efficiency, rostering, workforce performance and engagement. You’ll partner closely with surgeons and VMOs while leading a nursing workforce of 60–65 staff in a fast‑paced, evolving environment.
We’re keen to speak with Registered Nurses who bring:
- 3–5 years’ experience in perioperative / theatre leadership
- Exposure to private hospitals, day surgery or short‑stay settings
- Strength in rostering optimisation, theatre flow and team leadership
- A practical, adaptable approach suited to a growing organisation, including changes to processes and systems as the hospital grows
