Hayley Roylance

Pre-merger with Future Leadership, Hayley Roylance joined CLA as a Project Coordinator in 2018. She brings extensive experience in customer service, administration, process improvement and project management. Hayley Roylance supports the team with her proactive and calm approach to project management working on both internal projects to support our business as well as client delivery to achieve quality outcomes. She provides guidance to the business services team in best practice project management and company knowledge. Providing impact to the business and care for the team are core values for Hayley which is evident through the work across Future Leadership. Along with working with our internal team and clients, Hayley also works closely with our fantastic pool of Future Leadership associates who provide are key to our success, she is the firm point of contact for this community we have created. 

Prior to joining CLA, Hayley worked with one of the world’s largest chemical companies in customer service and key account management and was involved in a number of projects to improve internal processes. She has also worked with in the Government sector and with Registered Training Organisations in administration and customer roles.

Hayley holds a Bachelor in Education from Victoria University as well as completing courses in Social Media.
