Irene Tzelepis is a registered psychologist, with a masters in Organisational Psychology. She brings strong experience in leadership development, wellbeing, organisational capability and change management. Irene is passionate about creating thriving workplaces by developing effective leaders and ensuring organisations can successfully manage change. Irene also has previous experience in recruitment and psychometric assessment in the banking industry and has worked across the education and private sectors.
