With a strong background in project management, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement, Koreen has played a key role in streamlining operations, enhancing workflow efficiencies, and driving market performance through data-driven decision-making. She is highly experienced in CRM platforms and passionate about using technology and communication strategies to support business growth.

Her expertise includes building tailored solutions to support sales teams by developing educational resources and communication strategies, providing them with the tools and insights they need to succeed in competitive markets.

Currently pursuing a Master of Health Promotion, Koreen is particularly interested in how communication strategies can drive meaningful change within the health and leadership sectors. As part of the Business Services team at Future Leadership, she applies her expertise to improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives that contribute to organisational success.
