Madeleine Babiolakis

Madeleine Babiolakis is a former program director and government press secretary who has advised CEOs, Ministers and heads of purpose-led organisations around the world. She now applies expertise developed over 15 years to her role within Future Leadership’s advisory and transformation practice. 

As a consultant and facilitator, she specialises in strategy development and implementation, large-scale transformations and change, team building and planning and executive and board-level counsel. 

Madeleine Babiolakis is an accredited coach, change management practitioner and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. She currently sits on the board of the Women’s  Leadership Institute of Australia (WLIA) and is passionate about enabling more equal and diverse representation across all levels of leadership.
