Nicole Tan is a registered psychologist at Future Leadership, having completed a Master of Psychology (Organisational). She brings experience across consulting, organisational development, and people strategy, with a strong focus on supporting organisations to build capable, values-driven, and high-performing leaders. Nicole has supported large-scale recruitment and assessment initiatives, developed leadership capability programs, facilitated workshops, and contributed to organisational interventions across both public and private sector contexts.

At Future Leadership, Nicole is a consultant that supports advisory engagements through research, stakeholder engagement, assessment processes, and the delivery of tailored client outcomes. She is recognised for her analytical thinking, curiosity, and ability to synthesise complex information into practical insights.
