Ms Amber Welsh has been appointed to the position of Chief People Officer at Ballarat Clarendon College an independent, co-educational, day and boarding school located in Ballarat, Victoria. She will commence in June 2024. In this position Amber will provide a people and cultural strategic and operational service and advice to the Principal, the Board Executive and key staff at Clarendon.

Most recently the Director, Workforce Partnerships and Planning with the Department of Health, Amber has extensive experience in people operations and cultural leadership spanning over two decades. Amber is looking forward to contributing to the next generation of students and a new challenge in her career.
