Understanding that each executive search varies slightly, the average duration of the search process from initial consultation to the final placement of the candidate is generally 8–12 weeks.
As outlined in our privacy policy, we adhere to confidentiality in any process to the highest standards. From our internal ethical wall, to the way we run panels and interviews, to our data retention and security, we engage in only the best practices, systems, and expertise.
Our comprehensive solutions suite includes onboarding support, coaching, leadership development and transformation services on offer to help the newly placed executive transition smoothly into their role as detailed on our coaching and transition page.
To best serve our clients, we offer different fee structures, including fixed, project, or percentage as appropriate. In the event that a candidate identified and recruited by Future Leadership is let go as a result of termination due to lack of performance, summary dismissal or resignation, Future Leadership will replace that person with another suitable candidate as per our terms and conditions. The guarantee covers 6 months and only applies provided invoices are paid within 30 days.
