Future Leadership™ partnered with a multicultural advocacy organisation to conduct recruitment and selection activities for nine Commissioner positions, including Deputy Chair, Youth Commissioner, and Community Representative Commissioner.

The Commissioners play a critical role in advocating for the needs of diverse communities and promoting multiculturalism across Victoria. They provide strategic advice to government to help strengthen multiculturalism and social cohesion in the state. Future Leadership™ was engaged to lead this high-stakes appointment process, leveraging its extensive expertise in public sector and advocacy leadership searches.
