The Brief

The Interim Executive team was engaged by a regional hospital to assist with the urgent appointment of an Interim Director, Finance and Corporate Services.

Following the departure of the permanent CFO, an immediate need was identified to bring in a seasoned Interim CFO/Corporate Services Executive to lead the hospital’s operations and provide financial and corporate governance advice to the CEO and Committees.
