Following the establishment of a new centralised TAFE model and a major structural reform of the vocational education sector in the state, Future Leadership was engaged to conduct the executive search for the Chief Executive Officer, six regional General Managers, and the central executive team.
A targeted attraction, recruitment, and selection strategy was implemented to identify high-performing, motivated executives capable of supporting the organisation’s long-term commercial viability and sustainability.
The process included careful engagement with internal candidates to ensure fairness and transparency throughout.
