The Brief

A leading regional support provider engaged Future Leadership to design and deliver a tailored leadership development experience for its Service Managers.

The objective was to strengthen leadership capability across the organisation, focusing on supporting leaders in navigating complexity, driving accountability, and fostering a positive workplace culture aligned with the providers principles.

The Process

The Leadership Essentials Program was delivered over six months and included a blend of in-person and virtual workshops, coaching circles, and peer learning. Key components included:

  • Workshops on topics such as Understanding & Managing Behaviour, Psychosocial Safety Leadership, Business Acumen, and Coaching for Growth & Performance.
  • Coaching Circles to deepen reflection and embed learning.
  • Pre- and Post-Program Surveys to measure shifts in leadership capability.
  • Graduation Ceremony to celebrate participant achievements and share learnings.

Facilitators adapted content dynamically to meet the evolving needs of the group, with sessions often pivoting to address real-time challenges.
