An online retail leader engaged Future Leadership to create and roll out a comprehensive, phased leadership development program,

The organisation sought to build confidence, resilience and enhance leadership capability across its diverse teams.

The initiative was driven by a desire to:

  • Equip leaders with practical tools for influence, accountability, and feedback.
  • Foster a shared language around leadership behaviours and expectations.
  • Support strategic alignment and cultural cohesion across departments.
  • Enable participants to better understand their own preferences and strengths through psychometric profiling.

The program was designed to be immersive, evidence-based, and tailored to the organisation’s unique operating environment.

The Process

The organisation partnered with Future Leadership to deliver a multi-phase leadership development program across several cohorts.

    • Three core workshops focused on Leading Self, Activating High Performance, and Building High-Performing Teams. Each session incorporated psychometric assessments, toolbox activities, and scenario-based learning.
  • Team-Specific Customisation: Workshops were tailored to the unique challenges of each team. For example:
