The Process

The program included a mix of in-person workshops, coaching circles, and psychometric profiling. The design focused on building self-awareness, enhancing team dynamics, and developing confidence in leadership conversations with workshops exploring personality traits, strategic planning, and respectful ways of working.

Facilitated discussions encouraged vulnerability, reflection, and authentic dialogue and participants were invited to apply their learning in real-time, with emphasis on team alignment and cultural leadership.
