Deirdre brings over 35 years’ experience as a CFO, COO, CEO, and Non-Executive Director across government, commercial, and for-purpose sectors. Her credentials include Fellowships of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and extensive experience as a non exectiuve director, chairing Audit and Risk Committees for organisations such as Breakthrough Victoria, Greater Western Water, and the Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre. In addition to her technical expertise in financial governance, audit, and risk, Deirdre offers a strong commercial mindset, a track record of leading transformation in complex environments, and a deep commitment to purpose-driven organisations.
