The Process

- Specialised Talent Pool Utilisation
The team focused on identifying and attracting candidates with health sector experience within Victoria, as well as those from aged care and disability services, and those further afield in areas such as education, ensuring a broad range of relevant skills. - Research, Identification, and Candidate Pool Development
Five qualified candidates were shortlisted, each assessed on how they have previously ensured quality systems are integrated into strategic and operational processes, how they have prepared for short notice assessments, and how they have created the safety for people to speak up. - Further in-depth evaluation
Shortlisted candidates participated in panel interviews with senior stakeholders. Future Leadership™ conducted comprehensive reference checking and provided the client with written reference reports to support their decision-making.
