The Process

Future Leadership™ assembled a specialised team, including the Health Practice Leader and an experienced researcher, to lead the search. Key steps included:

  • Targeted Search and Talent Pooling: Future Leadership™ mapped top ranking paediatric hospitals around the world and approached selected leaders. Some were approached as Referral Partners and others were approached as prospective candidates.
  • Comprehensive Shortlisting and Evaluation: The Selection Panel specified a number of capabilities from the Future Leadership Capability Framework for candidates to be assessed against. Future Leadership’s in house Organisational Psychologist prepared the assessments and presented the assessment reports directly to the Selection Committee.
  • Panel Interviews and Strategic Presentation: Panel interviews were held with three candidates interviewed against specifically tailored questions.
