Highly experienced Chief Executive Officer appointment to lead this newly created and rapidly expanding Agency.

The Brief
As a result of a review into how this stage based health department oversees and supports quality and safety of care across the state’s hospital system a number of new organisations were established including the this critical agency to support health information. A division of the Department, the organisation analyses and shares information across the state’s health system to ensure everyone has an accurate picture of where concerns are, and where things are being done well to good effect.
In the initial 12 months of the organisation’s operation an interim CEO had been in place and at the time of engaging with Future Leadership the Department sought to appoint a permanent CEO to grow the newly established entity. Responsible to the Department Secretary, the CEO was to have a range of skills and experience including an ability to deal with data, concepts and complexity, and demonstrated experience in providing guidance and support to a senior executive team.
