Future Leadership was engaged by an ASX‑listed consumer services organisation in Australia to design and deliver a women in leadership development program aimed at accelerating the development of high‑potential female leaders across the business.
The program supported organisational commitments to diversity, inclusion, and succession planning by strengthening the leadership pipeline and building leadership capability among emerging leaders.
