The Process

Led by a senior consultant, the Future Leadership team conducted a national search, leveraging a broad network of candidates and referral partners to identify highly qualified individuals.

The team sought a candidate who was agile, energetic, and flexible, with a humanistic approach to managing difficult situations, particularly when dealing with families. The selection panel reviewed an initial list of six candidates, all of whom completed psychometric assessments focused on key capabilities. Four candidates advanced to the second round of panel interviews, where they presented on a range of topics.
