Driving Collaboration and Growth: New Chief Executive Officer at Life Sciences Network Organisation
The Brief
In December 2023, Future Leadership partnered with a leading life sciences network organisation to once again appoint a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to drive and deliver the 2024–2027 strategic plan.
The CEO would be responsible for continuing to build relationships across the health-tech landscape, fostering links and network engagement between members, collaborators, and key decision-makers, including state and federal governments. The Board sought a CEO with knowledge and familiarity with the local healthtech ecosystem and the ability to shape, inspire, and mobilise others around a shared vision for the future. Strong commercial, operational, governance, and financial acumen were critical attributes required to support the organisation’s growth.
